Fortress Concrete Coatings is an excellent company to choose for your garage, basement, patio, etc. and I will be recommending them to anyone/everyone in the future. My wife and I decided to get our basement floor cleaned, repaired, sealed, and coated. Abe and his crew (wonderful kids) did a fantastic job! Abe was very transparent, leveled our basement, assisted with color recommendations and things to consider about basements, he gave me options for a section of our basement that is unfinished, worked tirelessly to be efficient and complete this large project in 2 days, and truly cared about the work he is performing in his community. Our Church had 2 layers of vinyl tile flooring over concrete and had been subjected to water leaks for an extended period of time until we were able to stop the leaks. We looked into several sources and selected Fortress for the project. We could not be happier with the decision. Abe's communication before the work was very professional. He and his team accommodated the time schedule of other activities in the building and finished the job quickly... great clean up, help with getting appliances back in place, and, the floor looks great and works great for us. We received quotes from two other companies offering the same process. After speaking with Abe at Fortress we decided to go with them. He explained the process in depth. He instilled confidence that he could make our concrete pool deck look beautiful, and his price was in line with the other quotes. A little less, actually. Our job required a lot of repair and prep as the concrete is quite old and had numerous cracks and pitting. Abe and his crew painstakingly repaired all the cracks and issues before proceeding with the coating process. All the cracks were repaired, joints cleaned out, vegetation cut back, and everything was sanded level. It took a little longer than originally quoted but that was mostly weather related. What we ended up with is beyond our expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful!! We picked a rather neutral / natural color because that’s how we are but he brought many samples we could pick from. If you don’t like the color of ours, don’t worry, there are dozens of others. If you’re thinking about having a floor or pool deck coated, don’t hesitate to call Abe at Fortress. I highly recommend them and I’m pretty picky.
